Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana

Set on the white sands of Juanillo Beach, Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is the ultimate destination for a luxury family vacation.  Cap Cana is a private retreat inside the city of Punta Cana. The gated community of Cap Cana is made up of 30,000 acres of flawless beaches, and oceanfront roads and home to the sister resorts Hyatt Ziva and Zilara Cap Cana.

Built in 2019, Hyatt Ziva and Zilara joined the Playa Resort group of all inclusive Caribbean resort destinations. The property is home to the family friendly Hyatt Ziva and adults only Hyatt Zilara. Our family had the opportunity to take a multi-generational trip in summer 2021. 

The majority of the rooms at the resort are junior suites – which offer King bed with sofa sleeper or two queen beds with sofa sleepers. There are also a limited number of swim up junior suites, which offer a semi-private pool off the balcony and ocean front rooms with and without swim ups that are the closes rooms to the ocean with direct views of the white sands and blue sea. 

When you think Caribbean resort, the first thing that may come to mind is beach and pool time. But, the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana can add to that with an amazing on site Water Park. Canapolis Water Park boasts a lazy river with grotto cascade, water cannons, five water slides and a splash area for the littles. Plus, a food truck to grab lunch and drinks while splashing away. Canapolis offers so much for adults and the kids.
